This week the Mexico team made a visit to National Autonomous University insitute of renewable energy located in Morelos state to talk with Physics and Engieniers experts on solar stoves, and fridges.
The researchers from this institute offered a nice class about how solar and thermal energy works and can be applied in the common needs of cooling, food, cocking and air climate applications.
The explained that building, and designing solar stoves and fridges need specialized studies and that most efficient solutions come from engineering studies.
And they also showed the DONT´s of solar cooking, explaining that food preparation requires a careful study on the cooking temperatures.
Finally they explained the way the designed a solar stove and the design opportunities that they found at the building process.
